3 Things you didn't know about Representative Wayne Rosenthal

Here are three things you didn't know about Illinois State Representative Wayne Rosenthal:

1. Avid Softball Player
Rep. Rosenthal has played softball for 56 years and still plays to this day. He has played in tournaments around the states and has collected many medals and trophies over the years. He started playing softball while in the service and still enjoys getting together with the guys for competition games. 

2. F-4 Phantom Pilot
During Rep. Rosenthal's career in the United States Air Force, he has flown twice the speed of sound. He has accumulated over 3,000 hours in the F-4 Phantom and received the Husik Memorial Trophy for the #1 aviator in his class.

3. United States Air Force Veteran
Rep. Rosenthal completed the Navigator flight training in the United States Air Force and in 1979, he shot down a F102 drone with an AIM 7 Sparrow radar missile.
