Here are three things you didn't know about Illinois State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro:
1. Small business Owner
Rep. Sanalitro and her husband own and operate an independent car dealership in DuPage County. Like many small business owners, they understand the challenges facing Illinois' economy and our families. Rep. Sanalitro makes sure the voices of "mom and pop" businesses are heard in Springfield.
2. Three-child family: 2 people; 1 dog
Rep. Sanalitro has two grown children, Alyssa and Johnny. The kids grew up playing sports and attending school in Illinois. Lucy is their much beloved dog and a big part of the family.
3. Born in Washington State
Rep. Sanalitro was born in Tacoma, Washington but has lived most of her adult life in Illinois. Rep. Sanalitro chose Illinois as home for her family but like many working families, she is concerned with the direction of our state. She is working hard in the legislature to ensure families will have endless opportunities to prosper right here in Illinois.
