3 things you didn't know about Rep. Brad Stephens

Here are three things you didn't know about Illinois State Representative Brad Stephens:

1. Family Man

Family is important to Rep. Stephens. He and his wife have 5 children and 3 granddaughters. His favorite place to vacation with the family is Disney World.

2. Leyden HS Alumni Wall of Fame

Rep.Stephens and his father are the only father/son honored on the Leyden High School Alumni Wall of Fame.  The Alumni Wall of Fame Awards Program recognizes outstanding graduates of Leyden High Schools while offering role models for its students.  

 

3. Fastpitch Softball fan

Rep. Stephens is a huge fan of women's fastpitch softball. He finds the fast pace of the game exciting to watch. Pitchers can throw the ball over 85 miles per hour at a batter 46 feet away, striking out 15–20 batters per game.
